Art was really amazing. He was cooperative and open to discussion when it came to how we listed and price. He was on time with all his responsibilities and the house was up on line with 3d virtual walk through. We sold in four days. He had great follow through arranging cleaners fo before new owners took posetion. When I lost the origional keys he arranged the local locksmith. He took care of many of those details and all in all made for a very smooth, painless transition for us. Highly recommend him.
